Our AI Solutioning team is the engine behind intelligent products and platform-driven engagements — translating enterprise challenges into scalable, AI-powered outcomes for clients worldwide. Role Summary We are looking for a Lead – AI Solutions to own the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle: from early-stage enterprise discovery and opportunity shaping, through solution architecture and product roadmapping, to client delivery, enablement, and post-engagement knowledge transfer. This is a cross-functional leadership role that sits at the intersection of AI product thinking, client consulting, and delivery orchestration. The ideal candidate has built or managed AI/ML platforms (conversational AI, NLP, analytics), run enterprise discovery with large clients, and translated ambiguous requirements into shipped product capability — not bespoke services. You are a 0-to-1 thinker who can also operate at scale. Key Responsibilities A. Enterprise Discovery & AI Solution Design
• Lead discovery workshops with enterprise clients to understand business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities across diverse industry verticals.
• Design AI solution architectures mapping client needs to platform capabilities — conversational AI, NLP pipelines, analytics dashboards, process automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Create As-Is / To-Be process maps, solution blueprints, and conceptual prototypes that articulate the AI value proposition clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate client technology landscapes (tools, data maturity, integration points) and recommend fit-forpurpose AI approaches. B. Product Roadmapping & Requirements Engineering
• Own the AI solution roadmap for assigned engagements — define scope, prioritize features, and sequence releases aligned with client outcomes and internal platform capabilities.
• Translate enterprise requirements into productized features rather than one-off customizations; build reusable, scalable solution components.
• Author and maintain solution documentation: ◦ Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Technical Architecture Specifications ◦ Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) ◦ Scope documents, effort estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW) ◦ Wireframes, UI/UX flows, and interactive prototypes
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria definition in Agile delivery environments. C. Client Delivery & Cross-Functional Orchestration
• Act as the primary solution owner across the engagement lifecycle — ensuring continuity from pre-sales through delivery to handover.
• Lead cross-functional squads (data engineering, ML, design, QA) to ship AI solutions on time and at quality.
• Manage client communication cadence: status updates, risk escalations, demo reviews, and steering committee presentations.
• Drive productization of repeating client patterns into reusable platform modules, reducing delivery effort for subsequent engagements. D. Client Enablement & Knowledge Transfer
• Conduct solution demonstrations, UAT walkthroughs, and executive showcases to client stakeholders.
• Design and deliver client training programmes: user guides, walkthrough videos, and FAQ documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive handover packages: ◦ System architecture and integration documentation ◦ Operational runbooks and support transition guides ◦ Closure reports, lessons learned, and recommendations for Phase 2 / expansion opportunities
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during engagements; support pre-sales with client-informed solution proposals. E. AI Practice Building & Thought Leadership
• Contribute to building Flatworld’s reusable AI solution accelerators, reference architectures, and proposal templates.
• Mentor junior business analysts and solution consultants on discovery techniques, documentation standards, and client communication.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends (LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures) and evaluate applicability to client engagements.
• Represent the AI Solutioning team in pre-sales pursuits, RFP responses, and industry events. Requirements Required Skills & Competencies
• Proven experience managing or owning an AI/ML product or platform — conversational AI, NLP, analytics, or intelligent automation.
• Strong enterprise discovery and consulting skills: ability to run workshops, extract requirements from ambiguous briefs, and translate them into structured solution designs.
• Hands-on experience with solution documentation — BRD, FRD, SOW, wireframes, and architecture specifications.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts: NLP, knowledge graphs, intent models, sentiment analytics, and process automation pipelines.
• Experience converting enterprise requirements into productized capabilities (not just bespoke project delivery).
• Cross-functional team leadership: track record of leading squads of 10+ across engineering, data, design, and operations.
• Proficiency in roadmapping and prioritization frameworks; experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery.
• Excellent client-facing communication — comfortable presenting to C-suite and technical audiences alike.
• Strong commercial awareness: pricing models, effort estimation, unit economics, and SOW negotiation. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12 – 15 years of progressive experience spanning product management, AI/ML solutioning, and enterprise delivery.
• Prior experience at an AI product company, analytics firm, or IT services organization with an AI practice is strongly preferred.
• Certifications in AI/ML, Product Management (e.g., AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute), or Agile (CSM, SAFe) are a plus. Nice to Have
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM-based solutions, Generative AI platforms, or Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience building analytics dashboards and data visualization layers for enterprise clients.
• Background in process automation (RPA tools like KAPOW/Kofax, Ui

Path, or Automation Anywhere).
• Startup or founding experience demonstrating 0-to-1 platform building capability.
